BOHO Décor was founded in 2015 out of a timely recognition of real-estate investors’ rising demand for quality in design-and-build package services in Vietnam. Since their establishment, BOHO Décor has grown from a group of six initiators to a team of 150 aspiring members. BOHO has demonstrated an enormous capacity for growth and has gained the trust of large domestic and foreign investors through challenging Design and Construction Contracts of big projects such as the Viettel Headquarters, Ho Tram Strip, Hado Centrosa Garden and more. With the completion of the 996.70 kWp system, Boho Decor has become the first furniture marker in Vietnam to achieve the LEED Gold Certificate.

Clean Wood Company Limited is located in Binh Duong province and is part of the lumber and plywood product manufacturing industry. Clean Wood Company Limited has 60 employees across all of its locations.

For Clean Wood’s factory, Shire Oak has developed a 760.32 kWp solar power system on the 5,500 sqm of roof area provided.

Viet Phu Fiber (VPtex) is a leading company with many years of experience in yarn production. Thanks to manufacturing advancements, new spinning technology, and imported modern equipment, the company can offer quality yarn that meets technical standards and satisfy countless customers. Aside from popular domestic use, VPtex products are well trusted by partners from Turkey, Egypt, China, Switzerland, etc. To fully supply the factory’s power-hungry activities, a 999.68 kWp system is now in the work.

Galaxy Cotton was established in 2010, operating in trading cotton, yarn, and chemicals for the textile and garment industry. The majority (98%) of Galaxy’s products are exported and 2% are sold in the domestic market. Their international markets include Korea, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, and Latin Countries.

They have two spinning factories with more than 7,300 rotors and more than 400 employees, with a total production capacity of up to 1,000 tons per month. In 2020, Shire Oak International developed the solar energy system for both of Galaxy’s factories.

Le Tran Hai Son, a subsidiary of Le Tran Furniture, is located in Long An province. It is one of the two projects developed by Shire Oak International for the mother company, with the other one being Le Tran Nhi Xuan​.

The 974.16 kWp rooftop solar system received its commissioning since June 11th, 2020.

Nam Le Fashion Company Limited is a maker and exporter of finished garments. Founded in 2015, Nam Le Fashion has grown to a strong team of more than 350 employees. Their export markets include Russia, Germany, and Korea.

Making full use of the 3,500 sqm rooftop area, Shire Oak International developed a 508.95 kWp solar system for their industrial park in Dong Nai.

DKSF Joint Stock Company, established in May 9th 2016 is a part of the Trading of own or rented property and land use rights industry. DKSF factory’s rooftop solar energy project was kicked off on December 2nd, 2021. The developer of this project is Shire Oak International while the general contractor is ON Energy Joint Stock Company. The system capacity is 1,344.6kWp.
