On Saturday (January 16, 2021), Shire Oak International’s staff attended the football tournament organized by the German Business Association in Vietnam (GBA), in Sala City, Thu Thiem, HCMC.
The tournament was organized by GBA to provide a competitive playground for “amateur players” from their members. What truly creates the networking opportunity was the shuffling of players. The organizer divided participants into random teams so that they can form new connections, or more ideally, new bonds.
Other than that, to make the event more inclusive, the tournament also has the participation of female players. After the tournament, the winning teams of the gold medal and silver medal both have members of Shire Oak International! We had great fun and look forward to the next big game.
